The Sports, Tourism, and Entertainment Committee (STEC) scope reflects the Kingdom’s evolving priorities and the growing significance of these industries.

STEC promotes a holistic and integrated approach to sector development, linking sports, tourism, and entertainment to key national policies such as economic diversification, investment, employment, innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth. The committee works in close collaboration with ministries, authorities, and leading initiatives, including those tied to Expo 2030, the FIFA World Cup, and flagship projects like Diryiah, Qiddiya, Jeddah Central Project and the Red Sea Development Company to ensure alignment with national goals and international best practices.

By convening leaders from both the public and private sectors, STEC serves as a strategic platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and bilateral collaboration, fostering a vibrant ecosystem that supports Saudi Arabia’s emergence as a global hub for sports, tourism, and entertainment.
