Mr. Maxwell Andrews serves as a National Board Member of AmCham Saudi Arabia and Chairs the Sports, Tourism, and Entertainment Committee (STEC). He also holds the role of Executive Adviser to the Monaco House, where he supports strategic positioning and international engagement across multiple sectors and diplomatic platforms. Based in Riyadh, he leads AmCham’s efforts to advance U.S.-Saudi collaboration in consumer-facing industries, mobilizing stakeholders around Vision 2030’s transformation agenda.

Mr. Andrews brings over 9 years of leadership experience across institutional development, strategic partnerships, and operational management in the MENA region. He previously served as Associate Partner at a regional advisory firm, where he led multi-stakeholder engagement and commercial strategy for national institutions. Prior to that, he directed strategic development and operational oversight for KAUST’s multimillion-dollar asset portfolio, integrating private sector innovation with governmental priorities.

In the United States, Mr. Andrews held senior roles in regional operations and public-private partnerships, including leadership of district boards and municipal collaborations. He is also a former Junior Ambassador, representing his country in a diplomatic exchange to Australia focused on bilateral ties and cultural diplomacy.

Mr. Andrews is deeply engaged in shaping Saudi Arabia’s future as a global destination for sport, tourism, and entertainment. Through his leadership at STEC, he contributes to the frameworks surrounding Expo 2030 and the FIFA World Cup 2034, helping connect policy, business, and community interests. His work reflects a steady commitment to collaboration, long-term impact, and building meaningful partnerships across borders.
