TERMS OF SERVICE
The American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia, also known as AmCham Saudi Arabia (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the amchamksa.com website, the GlueUp member profile, the AmCham Saudi Arabia mobile application, and the My Glue mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware in the United States. The United States is our country of domicile; however, as AmCham Saudi operates frequently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all best efforts have been made to comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well.
Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
Payment Policies
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as the price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
If you make a payment for our services on our website, your payment details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards in U.S. Dollars (USD). We do not currently accept payment via local networks in Saudi Arabia, such as MADA.
Once a payment is made, a payment confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 72 hours of receipt.
AmCham Saudi Arabia will not deal with or provide services to any individuals or entities associated with OFAC-sanctioned countries, in strict accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Refund Policy
In general, all payments to AmCham Saudi Arabia are non-refundable.
Upon official approval of membership and receipt of payment, annual membership dues are entirely non-refundable and will not be pro-rated under any circumstances, including early termination of membership.
Requests for refunds for events will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but in general, they are also non-refundable. Customers may request a refund if a paid event is canceled by AmCham Saudi Arabia, or if a service or membership is paid for in error and reported within 24 hours.
If a transaction is eligible for a refund, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Note: If a service or event has a no-refund or no-cancellation policy, this will be clearly stated before the point of payment.
Pricing and Description
All pricing and service descriptions on amchamksa.com are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Any changes or corrections will be reflected on the site as needed.
Media & Event Photography
By attending AmCham Saudi Arabia events, members and guests consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used in AmCham Saudi Arabia newsletters, social media, or marketing. Members retain the right to request the removal of their image at any time by contacting the communications team at communications@amchamksa.com
PRIVACY POLICY
AmCham Saudi Arabia uses your data to provide and improve the Service and provide membership benefits on your behalf. This consent form outlines how AmCham Saudi Arabia collects, uses, and processes my personal data, including sensitive personal information, in compliance with the Personal Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia, enacted by Royal Decree No. M/19.
I understand and acknowledge that I am providing explicit consent for AmCham Saudi Arabia to process my personal and sensitive personal information as provided by me (if applicable), as described herein. I understand that if I do not provide my explicit consent for the processing of personal data as outlined below, AmCham Saudi Arabia will not be able to handle my data or provide member benefits on my behalf.

By joining AmCham Saudi Arabia and in furtherance of our mission to connect businesses in KSA, members consent to having their business contact information, including their email address, published in the AmCham KSA Directory for member-to-member networking, but their other personal data, such as their mobile numbers or home addresses used for billing, will remain strictly restricted and invisible to other members.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Data Retention
AmCham Saudi Arabia will retain my personal information for as long as required to fulfill the purposes specified in the Use of Data section above and as mandated by applicable laws and regulations. Data will be securely destroyed within two years from the time for which the purpose of its collection ends (e.g., if a member formally withdraws from the chamber).
Rights

● Right to Request Correction: I can request correction and updating of inaccuracies in my personal information.
● Right to Request Destruction: I can request the deletion of my personal information under specific circumstances.

Withdrawal of Consent
I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by contacting AmCham Saudi Arabia's Data Privacy Officer. However, I acknowledge that withdrawing consent may affect AmCham Saudi Arabia's ability to provide me with insurance services, also Consent withdrawal shall not affect the Processing of Personal Data that is based on other legal bases.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time and post the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
