Membership Policy Agreement:

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The American Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia (hereinafter known as AmCham) is required to collect and use personal/company information of applicants as below, to provide its members with all benefits and services that come along with membership registration.

 

2. Personal Information Required and Purpose

2a. Mandatory Information

a) Personal Information: name, title, address, citizenship, mobile phone, and email address

b) Company Information: name, address, contact phone, number of employees in Saudi Arabia, company introduction, and industrial sectors

 

2b. Purpose of Collection

a) Email address: prompt updates on AmCham meetings, events and other necessary information

b) Address and Mobile phone: delivery of periodicals such as AmCham Quarterly Journal,

 

2c. Annual Membership Directory and Due Invoices.

Your membership application will not be accepted if you fail to provide all the aforementioned mandatory information above

 

3. Record Keeping and Usage Period of Personal Information

The personal information that you submitted will be kept and used in a safe manner until retaining of information is completed. All information will be kept confidential and will be used in utmost secure manner until the information and consent is withdrawn. In the event that the member withdraws all information and the consent to maintain them, AMCHAM shall destroy all personal information provided by the member in a safe and secure manner. However, please note that this will result in termination of AMCHAM membership.

 

4. Correcting and Deleting Personal Information

AmCham strongly asks that all members register and maintain up-to-date personal information. You can, at any time, check, correct or delete your personal information by contacting AmCham Membership Coordinator at the following email address: membership@amchamksa.com.

 

Above all, this agreement is bound by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Chamber, and the membership becomes effective only after approval and upon receipt of full dues payment. (Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances, and the fees may be adjusted due to price increases or other reasons.)
