Currently serving as Business Development Manager for Bechtel’s public infrastructure business in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. Leads commercial strategy and positioning on megaproject pursuits, working closely with government stakeholders to shape procurement frameworks, align delivery models, and negotiate early-stage agreements. Previously led the commercial management of Bechtel’s PMC contract for NEOM’s Trojena development, a transformative destination.

With a foundation in finance and engineering, and credentials from Columbia (MBA) and Cornell (B.Sc.), he brings strategic insight and commercial discipline to every engagement. He has advised client executives and board-level stakeholders, contributed to thought leadership initiatives, and served in advisory roles across technology and education sectors.
