Zachary Noteman is a seasoned tax professional with over 15 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax advisory across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. He currently serves as a Transfer Pricing Partner at PwC Middle East, where he leads several key roles including KSA Transfer Pricing Leader, Middle East Tax Health Industries Leader, and Middle East Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing Leader. His expertise spans advising large multinational companies on optimal tax and transfer pricing structures in Saudi Arabia and the wider region, as well as guiding them through regulatory frameworks such as the Regional Headquarter Program. Zachary also works closely with Middle East tax authorities, contributing to the drafting of transfer pricing guidelines and tax alerts, and supporting companies in their interactions with the Saudi tax authority, including applications to the Advance Pricing Agreement program. Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, underscoring his strong foundation in economic and financial principles.
