Vera Ghazal

Vera Ghazal is a regional senior manager at Oracle, leading the License Management Services organization in Eastern & Central Europe, Middle East and African market. Through her role, Vera played a key role in advising private and public sector organizations to better manage their Oracle software assets portfolio.

Vera was chosen by the U.S. Department of State in 2012 as part of Middle East delegation of women emerging leaders to participate in Techwomen leadership program, and became an active member of State Alumni network in the Middle East since then.

Vera joined The American Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia in 2022 as Co-chair of the Technology Committee, proactively engaging with stakeholders in the tech industry to form strategic partnerships with public and private sectors.

Vera holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer and Communication Engineer from the American University of Beirut and is a certified Asset Management Practitioner from International Association of IT Asset Managers.
