Turki Al Faer

Turki Al Faer is a senior industrial and technology executive with more than 17 years of leadership experience across energy, petrochemicals, industrial automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

He currently holds a senior leadership role at Honeywell, driving strategic growth and executive customer engagement across a broad technology portfolio serving some of the region's largest industrial organizations. His leadership focuses on connecting technology, sustainability, localization, and industrial transformation to create long-term business and societal value. He also serves as a Board Member of Honeywell's joint venture with Al Turki, contributing to governance and the advancement of local industrial and technology capabilities.

Prior to Honeywell, Turki held senior leadership positions at SABIC, where he led major petrochemical operations and large multidisciplinary organizations with accountability spanning operational excellence, EHSS, reliability, sustainability, and financial performance. His experience included oversight of operations supporting one of the world's largest carbon capture facilities and chairing SABIC's "Beyond Compliance" EHSS Committee.

Turki is passionate about industrial sustainability, resilience, decarbonization, technology innovation, localization, and talent development. He has a strong interest in how technology, responsible leadership, and cross-sector collaboration can help organizations address complex challenges while creating sustainable, long-term value.

He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) and is pursuing an Executive MBA at KFUPM. He is a Certified Board Director through the GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDI) and holds professional credentials in change management, reliability leadership, and TÜV functional safety, complemented by executive and leadership development programs.

As Program Director of the ESG Committee at AmCham Saudi Arabia, Turki brings together industry, technology, governance, and leadership perspectives to advance practical ESG initiatives, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and help organizations translate sustainability ambitions into meaningful, measurable, and lasting impact.
