Todd Pellegrin

Todd Pellegrin is Vice President, Offshore Oil & Gas Services at Al Rushaid Group in Al Khobar. Todd oversees both 100% owned companies and ARG Joint Ventures operating in the energy sector. During a 28-year global career, he has led energy companies in the GCC, West Africa, Latin America, and the U.S. Gulf of America. Prior to the Energy industry, he started his career in economic development, advising local governments in Louisiana on how to attract and retain industry, as well as other public policy roles in strategic development. He holds a BBA and MBA from Nicholls State University in Louisiana.
