Tarik Solomon

Tarik Solomon is a seasoned defense and aerospace executive with deep expertise in leading high-value strategic campaigns and supplying mission-critical technology to clients across the Middle East. He has delivered programs exceeding $200 million across land, sea, and air domains, with a reputation for commercial clarity, operational discipline, and building trusted relationships at the highest levels of government and industry.

With an intimate understanding of Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf region, Tarik brings specialized knowledge in customer capability development, procurement, and localization. His leadership in the tech and defense sectors includes forging strategic partnerships with global players such as Collins Aerospace, L3Harris, Raytheon, and Frequentis; driving major contract wins and sustainable growth.

He serves as Executive Director of Arabian Sahara Company and COO of Unmannedx, where he plays a central role in defining strategy, executing operational plans, and expanding international collaboration.

Tarik holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University. He also plays an active role in Track II diplomacy and economic development, serving as Ex-Officio Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia, a Board Member of the Middle East Policy Council in Washington, DC, and on the Duke Fuqua Board in Durham, NC.
