He has extensive leadership experience in Saudi Arabia, having held senior positions with leading engineering and project delivery organizations, including Worley and Jacobs. Throughout his career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in business leadership, project management, business development, contracts, procurement, and risk management. As Vice President & Managing Director, he is focused on driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and supporting sustainable growth across the Kingdom's industrial and infrastructure sectors.
