Rhonda Norris

Rhonda Norris is an Educational Leader and a CPA with over 36 years experience in education and business with 26 years as a senior leader in international schools in six countries and four regions of the world in small to medium to large sized schools. She has a BBA in Business and Accounting, a Masters in Education and a Texas Leadership Certification. She has taught from Pre-K through college graduate level and has 10 years in public accounting with KPMG, commercial service organizations and not-for-profit. Rhonda is an experienced Head of School and has extensive experience in Finance and Operations in international schools.

Rhonda has provided international school leadership as Director at Anglo-American School of Moscow (AAS) in Russia and Head of School at Carol Morgan in the Dominican Republic. Prior to being Director/Head of School, Rhonda was Deputy Director/Head of School (Japan and China), Assistant Head of School/Superintendent (Singapore) and Business Manager (Saudi Arabia). Rhonda has led in both AP and IBO learning environments alongside both American and International curriculum programs within the context of local, host country regulatory environments.
