Maxwell Andrews

Maxwell Andrews is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of international leadership experience spanning executive management, strategic commercial development, sports ecosystem growth, and cross-border investment advisory. Based in Riyadh, he serves as an Incumbent Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia (AmCham Saudi Arabia) and Chair of its Sports, Tourism, Entertainment, & Culture Committee. 

Through senior advisory roles with entities such as Pure Sports, Monaco House, and major Saudi sports federations, Mr. Andrews operates at the intersection of U.S.–Saudi commercial trade, giga-project tourism development, and Vision 2030 sports privatization initiatives. He holds a degree from Aurora University. 

Key Qualifications & Track Record Proven AmCham Leadership & Thought Leadership: Led the authoring and rollout of AmCham Saudi Arabia’s landmark White Paper and Roundtable Report, Unlocking Investment Under Saudi Arabia's New Sports Law, co-hosted with the Sport Investment Forum (SIF), establishing the Chamber's definitive position on sports regulatory reform, franchise investment, and FDI pathways. 

Giga-Project & Maritime Ecosystem Strategy: Drives operational and strategic roadmaps across key Red Sea and coastal initiatives, including collaboration with the Saudi Water Sports and Diving Federation (SWSDF) for the PIF-sponsored E1 Series electric powerboat championship, strategic sailing pathways with the Saudi Sailing Federation, and the Ocean Race 2027 Grand Finale at Red Sea Global’s AMAALA.
