Maram Abdulfattah

Maram Abdulfattah is a senior Human Resources executive with progressive leadership across the energy, oil and gas, and automation sectors. As HR Director for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at Emerson Automation Solutions, she serves as a strategic partner to business leadership, translating enterprise priorities into HR strategy that drives organizational transformation and long-term workforce readiness, building high-performing teams that power sustained business growth.

Her career began at SLB (Schlumberger), where she built a foundation of steadily increasing responsibility and lasting impact across some of the region's most complex organizations.

She brings deep expertise in post-merger integration, talent management, and change enablement. She holds a Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification, a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning, and a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Certification, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain.
