Eng. Konstantinos is a C-suite construction and real estate development executive with 29+ years of international experience delivering multi-billion-dollar programs across the US, EU, and GCC. He has led P&L for major capital projects, directed cross-functional organizations, and executed complex portfolios in EV manufacturing, renewables, data centers, waste-to-power, heavy infrastructure, STP, airport, marine, high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

He is known for turning around underperforming operations, enforcing disciplined commercial and contractual governance, and delivering projects up to USD 2 billion on time and within budget. During the last 14 years in the GCC, he has managed high-stakes stakeholder environments and built large, high-performance teams across contractor, consultant, client, and developer domains.
