Khaled Sehly is the regional director, leading the market access and government affairs strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb for the Saudi Arabia and Gulf Countries region, inclusive of Product Value Communication, Pricing, Managed Entry Agreements, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Patient Support Programs (PSP), Government Affairs and External Communication, ensuring access to Bristol Myers Squibb’s innovative therapies.
With his extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry starting at Roche, Khaled has held several senior roles in Market Access, Government Affairs, and Marketing at Amgen, Horizon Therapeutics, NewBridge Pharmaceuticals, and Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD). In addition, Khaled has been selected to Co-Chair the Healthcare Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia after around three years sitting on the leadership team of the committee as the Program Director.
Khaled received a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Biotechnology from the German University in Cairo, and is currently pursuing an executive master’s in science (Exec. MSc) degree in Healthcare Decision-Making at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), in collaboration with NICE. Also, Khaled holds certificates in Health Care Economics and Strategic Marketing from Harvard Medical School and INSEAD Business School.
Khaled lives in Riyadh with his wife and son. Outside work, he loves reading, theatre, and playing tennis. He can speak fluent English, Arabic, and Spanish, with some proficiency in French.
