Joseph (Joe) Rank is the Chief Executive and Vice President for Saudi Arabia and Africa at Lockheed Martin and a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General with extensive leadership experience in defense, diplomacy, and international security. Based in the Kingdom, he leads Lockheed Martin's regional operations and plays a key role in advancing U.S.–Saudi defense cooperation, industrial partnerships, and localization initiatives in support of Saudi Vision 2030.

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, General Rank served in senior military and diplomatic assignments across the Middle East, including Egypt, Yemen, Lebanon, Jordan, and UAE. His career combines operational military leadership, international engagement, strategic policy, and defense industry expertise, positioning him as a trusted leader in U.S.–Middle East security and commercial relations.
