Ghassan Nassief

Ghassan Nabil Nassief is a Saudi senior executive, entrepreneur and board-level leader with 25+ years of experience across corporate and investment banking, strategic advisory, business transformation, entrepreneurship and sports.

He has held senior leadership roles including Managing Director at Teneo, CEO of Halawani Exchange, and Head of International Corporate Banking at Emirates Islamic Bank, alongside senior positions with Saudi Hollandi Bank, NCB, Bank Albilad and SABB. His track record includes leading transformation and turnaround initiatives, building businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering significant portfolio and revenue growth.

Ghassan brings substantial sports-sector experience. He served as a Board Member of Al Ahli Club, contributing to strategic investment, governance and the club’s long-term commercial and sporting objectives. He is also a Partner and Vice Chairman of a Sports Psychology Academy in Saudi Arabia, supporting its strategic direction and development.

His sports expertise is complemented by first-hand experience in athlete development. Having guided his son’s football journey from grassroots and academy development in Saudi Arabia through to professional football in Manchester, Ghassan has gained practical insight into talent identification, player development, athlete welfare and the pathways required to develop professional athletes.

Today, as Partner & CEO of Youth Challenge Company, Ghassan is focused on sports, education and technology through the ATA7ADAK platform. He brings to boards and leadership teams a distinctive combination of strategic, financial and commercial expertise, transformation leadership, governance awareness, entrepreneurial mindset and practical understanding of the sports ecosystem.
