Our Healthcare Committee hosted Dr. Mohammed Alyemeni to discuss the future of the healthcare landscape in Saudi Arabia and the opportunities and challenges as the country takes a leading role in global health.

AMCHAMKSA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM KICKOFF
The Women in Business committee kicked off the AmChamKSA Mentorship Program in partnership with Learn & Evolve LLC. , linking top executives with junior female talent in Saudi Arabia to support their professional development and personal growth.

BUSINESS NETWORKER AT U.S. CONSULATE JEDDAH
AmChamKSA Jeddah hosted it’s first Business Networker event at the US Consulate in Jeddah. Thank you to Consul General Faris Asad for joining us and engaging with the American business community in Jeddah.

INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE NETWORKING RECEPTION
AmChamKSA’s Infrastructure Committee held a networking event hosted by Senior Commercial Officer Jim Golsen which provided the Committee the opportunity to introduce the upcoming PPP Series they’ve been developing.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES COMMITTEE “ENTERING THE SAUDI MARKET”
AmChamKSA’s Professional Services Committee leadership including Dina AbuFarha, Khalid Al-Afraj, and Joseph Miller held a webinar on entering the Saudi Market, providing insights to the legal, financial, and lifestyle requirements with both professional and anecdotal feedback.

You told us that networking was a deciding factor in joining AmChamKSA and we listened! Wednesday evening, AmChamKSA in Riyadh hosted it’s first AmChamKSA After Hours event on the rooftop at Rosh Rayhaan. This event was an opportunity for AmChamKSA members and their guests to come together and enjoy, network and relax!

JEDDAH CHAPTER GENERAL MEMBERSHIP FOCUS GROUP
The feedback and insights of our members is deeply valued by AmChamKSA. This evening, the Jeddah Chapter hosted a focus group as an opportunity for members to exchange business and committee event ideas. We have some exciting ideas to put into motion for the remainder of 2022!
FEBRUARY 24 - RIYADH:
WOMEN IN BUSINESS COMMITTEE DIWANIYA
The Women in Business Committee held its first WIB Committee Diwaniya hosted by Musaab Al-Muhaidib of the Al-Muhaidib Group. The night provided women change makers and their male counterparts the opportunity to discuss two important questions: “How can we, as a society, come together to empower women around us to excel in their careers and reshape the definition of more inclusive leadership?” and “Seeing as taking care of family is one of the most predominant reasons for career breaks amongst women, how can we address this both within a social context and organizational one?”
