On October 23rd, 2025, the AmCham Saudi Arabia Technology Committee hosted a high-impact breakfast briefing titled "Future of Work" at the Marriott Hotel in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter. The event, sponsored by HP, brought together a diverse group of government officials, private sector leaders, and training institutions to explore the transformative role of AI in shaping Saudi Arabia’s workforce and digital landscape.

The event commenced with welcoming remarks from Fadle Saad, Managing Director of HP, setting an inspiring tone for the discussions. Following this, the keynote presentations and discussion by:
Mayank Dhingra, Director & Global Head of Education Business and Strategy at HP Inc., delivered a compelling presentation on HP Education Programs – Capacity Building for the Future of Work, emphasizing the importance of educational initiatives in preparing the workforce for emerging technological demands.
• Corbett Hoxland, Chief Technologist at HP Inc., offered insights into Sustainability Powering the Future of Work, exploring innovative approaches to integrating sustainability with technological advancement.
Pelle Aardewerk, Head of Vertical Solutions & HP Wolf Security, EMEA Endpoint Security Advisor to Ministries and CISOs, presented on Holistic Supply Chain Security for the Entire Device Lifecycle, addressing critical security considerations in a digital era.

The event culminated in an engaging panel discussion titled "Pioneering Prosperity: A Dialogue on Work in the Saudi 2030 Economy". Led by Mayank Dhingra, the panel included distinguished speakers:
• Dr. Tahani Al Dosemani, Director of Cultural Higher Education at the Ministry of Culture
• Dr. Asma Alhamadi, CEO of the Applied College at Saudi Electronic University
• Fadle Saad, Managing Director of HP Inc.

The dialogue focused on innovative strategies, workforce development, and technological advancement aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals.
