Dana Al‑Ajlani

Dana Al‑Ajlani is the Senior Director of Corporate Affairs at Eli Lilly Saudi Arabia and a seasoned public and government affairs leader with nearly two decades of experience across the healthcare, energy, and nonprofit sectors. She has been integral to shaping national policies and leading high‑impact advocacy efforts across the GCC.

Dana previously served as Head of Public Affairs for the GCC at Sanofi and Vice President of Public and Government Affairs at ExxonMobil Saudi Arabia. Over her career, she has led strategic government engagement on initiatives related to local manufacturing, research and innovation, healthcare digitization, national content development, and civic engagement.

She has also contributed to advancing workforce diversity in Saudi Arabia, previously serving as Co‑Chair of the AmCham KSA Women in Business Committee, where she helped promote women’s inclusion in alignment with Vision 2030.

Dana holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, as well as a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a B.A. in Spanish. She has completed several executive programs, including the MISK Vision 2030 Leaders Program.

As Chair of the AmCham KSA Healthcare Committee, Dana brings deep expertise in policy, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare system transformation to strengthen U.S.–Saudi collaboration and advance initiatives that support innovation, access, and sector excellence.
