Crockett W. Oaks IV is strategic supply chain leader holding key experience in international supplier performance, program management, & expertise developing & implementing strategic plans. As a senior aerospace and defense professional at Lockheed Martin, Crockett currently serves as the International Supply Chain Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the broader Middle East. In this role he defines and directs the regional supply chain strategy, establishes a framework that provides regional visibility of supplier capabilities, and drives multibillion‐dollar growth initiatives across complex, multinational environments.
Prior to assuming his current role, Crockett led the KSA THAAD production industrialization effort, serving as the program manager responsible for establishing second sources of supply in KSA to both ensure supply chain resiliency and satisfy Lockheed Martin’s industrial participation commitments in the region. Crockett’s work has generated more than $1B in credit retirement and secured approved U.S. Government second source status for critical defense systems.
Crockett held a series of increasingly senior positions on the THAAD FMS and PAC‐3 programs. From May 2019 to May 2021, Crockett led the crafted and negotiated Foreign Military Sale (FMS) production proposals valued at over $650 million. From July 2017 to April 2019, he oversaw contract modifications and leading more than $600 million of new and follow‐on business capture.
Crockett also brings 6+ years of military experience, having served as an All‐Source Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and as an Infantry Officer in the Texas Army National Guard, where he developed and implemented small‐unit tactics and oversaw soldier training and welfare. He holds an Associate of Business Administration from Valley Forge Military Academy & College, a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from Baylor University, a Master of Science in Management from Southern Methodist University, and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Management from SMU’s Lyle School of Engineering. Additionally, Crockett is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt having received his certification from Villanova University.
