Courtney Linn is the Director of Events & Programs for the Riyadh Chapter. With over 20 years of experience organizing high-impact events across the defense, technology, hospitality, and nonprofit sectors, Courtney is well positioned to strengthen AmCham's programming and advance its mission in the region.

Courtney's career began in public relations with professional motorsports before she transitioned to supporting American military service members and their families. Her exceptional work in this capacity earned her the Outstanding Civilian Service Medal from the Commanding General of the US Army Special Operations Command. She went on to found Heritage Arsenal, a consultancy specializing in exhibit design, collection management, and fundraising for military museums and related collections.

Courtney holds a master's degree in museum studies and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from Harvard University's Extension School, where her capstone on museum financial sustainability was nominated for the Dean's Prize. She also earned a bachelor's degree in economics and French from Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia.
