Abdullah Dirani

Abdullah Dirani is the Vice President and General Manager MENA at Fluor Corporation, based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. Bringing nearly 20 years of progressive leadership within Fluor across project controls, business development, and regional management, he oversees the company's engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and program management operations across the Middle East and North Africa. A key executive advancing U.S.–Saudi commercial infrastructure partnerships, Mr. Dirani has led major strategic initiatives in the Kingdom, including Fluor’s Project Management Consultancy Long-Term Agreement (PMC LTA) and MoU with Saudi Aramco, as well as workforce development collaborations with SABIC. Fluor represents a foundational Quincy Circle member of AmCham KSA with an 80-year operational footprint in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Dirani holds an MBA from Kansas State University (Phi Kappa Phi), completed the Oxford Energy Seminar at the University of Oxford, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
